The democrats did this shit in Dane County in Madison Wisconsin. A drunk driver hit a buggy. They ended up blaming the buggy and letting him off because the buggy didn't have lights.

State of Wisconsin/Dane county violates their religious rights daily now by forcing them to illuminate their buggy.

This happens because Amish are the happiest people in America. They literally have no need for govt. So govt. Forces themselves upon them
