Wow. That's some seriously purple prose. All the alliteration makes my mouth hurt.
So...Is 65 number comms for the gavel? Because that's the impression I get from the logo and other imagery, and I've been wondering since COV-FEFE.
Or maybe this is it. FE = letters 6 and 5. 65 is terbium, which is mostly used for green phosphors. Green Light.
So for COV-FEFE it gave an enthusiastic double green light for the COV-ID op. Here, combined with the gavel it signals a green light for the trials that are going on in the background. The submarine catastrophe Is about the same thing. 17 bolts means shocking charges. And the sub banging every 30 minutes signals the timing of the proceedings. Unfortunately it's all hidden away deep underwater, so we only get to read about it thru comms like this.
