As a Collins Aerospace employee, we have had nothing but supply shortages and a whole bunch of people are running out of work to machine parts with.
They just hired a hundred new employees, and this is additional evidence to consider that they might be laying people off again. They just made a huge merger within the company, accommodating more for missiles and defense. Also got rid of a whole bunch of upper management.
They focused so hard on DEI bullshit that people are fucking tired of, and all they hire now is diversity hires. But they don't tell you about sanctions and all that because they don't want people walking away.
They have had more and more positions open because the turnover rate has Skyrocketed since the Coof bullshit. They can't fill entry level or advanced machinist positions because people are no longer wanting a job that's not worth the highest pay where I live. They don't want their bullshit. You can't buy everyone's morals. They don't get that. Looking for a new job soon, wish me luck frens
