They wànt a depopulated population of controllable slaves. Ones lacking identity while living in a confused state of mind. They need to ensure future populations are lacking testosterone and won't rise up to the Khazarians and a society groomed to accept access to their children whether it be for the means of pedophilia pleasure or even just a sacrifice to moloch (such as anytime abortions.)
