April 29th, 2023- finished June 23, 2023 Where the Spirit leads me, there I will be; WASHED, LED, FED, MADE CLEAN, WHOLE, NEW, ALIVE, FREE, ARMED,, a WARRIOR, RIGHTEOUS, HOLY

Though I was brought up in church and accepted Jesus as my Saviour at just five years old, for too many years I believed the lies that were told to me about myself from my parents and peers. Lies that I was ugly, worthless, hated, sick like my dad, that I would never amount to anything, that I should never bother trying at anything I enjoyed or was good at because it would never be good enough, that I’d be lucky to live to 20. I had no direction accept the guidance from my youth pastor the occasional times I was allowed to go and from my high school counselor whose office I practically lived in throughout high school. I couldn’t grasp the concept that God saw me as more. I had difficulty understanding, learning and retaining God’s word aside from the Bible stories I learned as a little girl. So, I acted in the way I was taught. I acted worthless and hated and not good enough. Over the past few years, the Lord has helped me grow immensely spiritually and I long to serve Him through the many lessons He has taught me. I am not those things. I am the following; WASHED, LED, FED, MADE CLEAN, WHOLE, NEW, ALIVE, FREE, ARMED,, a WARRIOR, RIGHTEOUS, HOLY In and through Christ alone, God has traded beauty for ashes.

WASHED

LED

Exodus 33:12-20 12Then Moses said to the LORD, “Look, You have been telling me, ‘Lead this people up,’ but You have not let me know whom You will send with me. Yet You have said, ‘I know you by name, and you have found favor in My sight.’ 13Now if indeed I have found favor in Your sight, please let me know Your ways, that I may know You and find favor in Your sight. Remember that this nation is Your people.” 14And the LORD answered, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” 15“If Your Presence does not go with us,” Moses replied, “do not lead us up from here. 16For how then can it be known that Your people and I have found favor in Your sight, unless You go with us? How else will we be distinguished from all the other people on the face of the earth?” 17So the LORD said to Moses, “I will do this very thing you have asked, for you have found favor in My sight, and I know you by name.” 18Then Moses said, “Please show me Your glory.” 19“I will cause all My goodness to pass before you,” the LORD replied, “and I will proclaim My name—the LORD—in your presence. I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion.”b 20But He added, “You cannot see My face, for no one can see Me and live.”

Matthew 6:26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet yoour heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?

Exodus 16:8 Moses also said, “You will know that it was the LORD when he gives you meat to eat in the evening and all the bread you want in the morning, because he has heard your grumbling against him. Who are we? You are not grumbling against us, but against the LORD.”

Made Clean

Acts 10:15 The voice spoke to him a second time, “Do not call anything impure that God has made clean.”

Acts 11:9 “The voice spoke from heaven a second time, ‘Do not call anything impure that God has made clean.’

MADE WHOLE/COMPLETE Colossians 2:10 So you also are complete through your union with Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority.

Acts 3:16 By faith in the name of Jesus, this man whom you see and know was made strong. It is Jesus’ name and the faith that comes through him that has completely healed him, as you can all see.

James 2:22 22You see that faith was working with his works, and as a result of the works, faith was perfected;

NEW

Galatians 6:15 15For neither circumcision nor uncircumcision means anything. What counts is a new creation.

Isaiah 62:2 (Zion’s new name) 2Nations will see your righteousness, and all kings your glory. You will be called by a new name that the mouth of the LORD will bestow.

ALIVE

Romans 6:11 In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus.

Ephesians 2:4,5 4But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved),

FREE

Psalm 118:5 Out of my distress I called on the LORD; the LORD answered me and set me free

Galatians 5:13 You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.

Psalm 146:7 You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.

ARMED

Ephesians 6:11-20 The Full Armor of God 10Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. 11Put on the full armor of God, so that you can make your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this world’s darkness, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13Therefore take up the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you will be able to stand your ground, and having done everything, to stand. 14Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness arrayed, 15and with your feet fitted with the readiness of the gospel of peace. 16In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17And take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18Pray in the Spirit at all times, with every kind of prayer and petition. To this end, stay alert with all perseverance in your prayers for all the saints. 19Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will boldly make known the mystery of the gospel, 20for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may proclaim it fearlessly, as I should.

A WARRIOR

Joel 2:11 The LORD thunders at the head of his army; his forces are beyond number, and mighty is the army that obeys his command. The day of the LORD is great; it is dreadful. Who can endure it?

2 Timothy 2:3-12 3Join me in suffering, like a good soldier of Christ Jesus. 4A soldier refrains from entangling himself in civilian affairs, in order to please the one who enlisted him. 5Likewise, a competitor does not receive the crown unless he competes according to the rules. 6The hardworking farmer should be the first to partake of the crops. 7Consider what I am saying, for the Lord will give you insight into all things. 8Remember Jesus Christ, raised from the dead, descended from David, as proclaimed by my gospel, 9for which I suffer to the extent of being chained like a criminal. But the word of God cannot be chained! 10For this reason I endure all things for the sake of the elect, so that they too may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus, with eternal glory. 11This is a trustworthy saying: If we died with Him, we will also live with Him; 12if we endure, we will also reign with Him; if we deny Him, He will also deny us; 13if we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny Himself.

RIGHTEOUS

Romans 5:19 For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous.

2 Corinthians 5:21 God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

Hebrews 12:23 to the church of the firstborn, whose names are written in heaven. You have come to God, the Judge of all, to the spirits of the righteous made perfect,

HOLY

Ephesians 3:5 which was not made known to men in other generations as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to God’s holy apostles and prophets.

Deuteronomy 26:19 He has declared that he will set you in praise, fame and honor high above all the nations he has made and that you will be a people holy to the LORD your God, as he promised.

That which the Lord has declared of me is what I am and have become in Him. No longer am I or will I be what Satan (the Liar) uses or has used others to call me.
