It's more likely to be the nerdy middle-schooler next door who downloaded Kali Linux and started playing with it than a hacker targeting her specifically. And if it is someone targeting her, it's more likely to be some random dude parked on the street who may end up making her TV tune to CNN or something than a deep state attack or something.
