The Wagner Group is a professional army of paramilitary men, numbering about 25,000, and who have been working for Russia for pay. The leader seems to have been paid around $7 Billion by the CIA to turn on Russia and cause them to lose focus in Ukraine... BUT it was a ploy... the Wagner Group, most likely with Putiin's knowledge and approval, took the money and made moves that could be interpreted as "moving on Moscow." Moscow joined in the ruse and set up barricades and such, but as it turns out, the Wagner Group was not really heading to Moscow after all, but rather were positioning themselves to better attack Kiev.
Taking Kiev would be the major move that would ensure that Ukraine is in Russian hands. The Wagner Group is now about 100 km from Kiev and the city is being encircled by Russian forces.
The CIA is coming off as gullible buffoons and the American taxpayer is being stuck with the bill. As usual.
What happened here and who is Wagner? I’m so lost so much happened so fast i’m tryna catch up

Wagner is a mercenary army for Russia that was reported to have rebelled against Putin and started to stage a coup on Moscow. A day later, nevermind.
