This is depopulation of Ukraine, the men are slaughtered on the battlefield while the women and children are displaced throughout Europe as a permanent underclass. If they decide to return they will find their land is now owned by BlackRock and are no longer welcome. Their land, homes will be gone, their husbands and fathers dead.
