So what does "petiton denied" mean?

They are not discussing it? Or it is dead forever?

I wonder... maybe the timing isn't right, yet, and this pattern of denial is simply a holding pattern that continues to alert more people to it?

Brunsons will file for rehearing now. If that also fails they will appeal in the 10th circuit.
