That's a mighty big barge. Maybe a ferryboat? Barges need a tug to move.
Dog cages stack and don't take up space. Don't hate me; hate them. That is how they would get 900ish kids on a small platform.
They treat kids and us; both like livestock. SMH.
I find this unbelievable for many reasons.
PS Speaking of echoes, this story looks like the nteenth iteration of all the wild speculation about the Google barges. Certainly big enough, no dog crates necessary. These were scrutinized by many people from the minute construction started because there are hundreds of nosy people constantly driving their boats around the Bay. Note the date.. Just one of the unbelievable parts. Another is that smugglers would treat their valuable commodity so badly--a dead child would be worth nothing.
