Hundreds of inmates were stripped to their underwear and forced to sit together in the courtyard of a prison, one of 26 that is under the control of the Honduran military.

Central America, home of FAFO. I was stationed in the Panama Canal Zone back in the day when it was still a US possession, and you wouldn't BELIEVE the raw use of power of the Panamanian law enforcement down there. Our snowflakes today wouldn't survive a week in those conditions.
