Maybe I'm wrong but... This is too obvious and hilariously ridiculous. We are clearly watching a movie. With props. And set dressing. And brilliant script writing.

Why, with a huge crowd in close proximity, have the football being clearly paraded for all to see?

It could be contained hidden, mere yards away in the vehicle.
