Run by one of the daughters of Countess Somerset Belenoff, King Charles has ate there in the last decade. The pre meal entertainment is fights to the death against the restaurant cage fighters, the loser gets eaten.

They have plenty of volunteers for this as if they win they join the ranks of the elites.
