It's crazy how these things get decided by the political leanings of the justices rather than the law and the right and wrong.

6 conservative justices 3 liberal justices

Biden's countrywide vaxx mandate struck down 6-3

Roe v Wade overturned 6-3

Racist college admission programs struck down 6-3
