Jesus Christ makes conquerors. One of the things to be conquered is the synagogue of Satan.
Twice the churches are told of this synagogue of satan that is to be overcome Revelation 2:9 and Revelation 3:9.
The synagogue of Satan is not a Jewish thing it is a spiritual Babylon thing.
Spiritual Babylon is empowered by Satan, Satan is called the dragon in Revelation.
The synagogue of Satan that we are to overcome is an ever present spiritual reality of a false church system empowered by false doctrines also known as lies. The false prophet of the synagogue of Satan is the second beast that comes out of the earth(the Adamic heart).
Revelation 13:11 And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. 12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. 13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, 14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
Jesus Christ is making conquerors. Learning to discern the false from the true is part of overcoming. The false synagogue runs on fallen man 666 principles, well hidden in religious ideas. These things are eventually overcome in each saint as he learns from the Spirit of Truth to only follow Truth. There is no mixture of truth and error in the conqueror.
Revelation 14:1 And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads. 4 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
The conquerors with Jesus Christ have no mixture, they only follow Truth.
Absolutely, just be careful of throwing the baby out with the bathwater. There are plenty of people using this healthy skepticism of establishment churches to try and fool us into disregarding some of the true things that real churches teach every week.
Part of the armor of God is the Sword of the Spirit which is the word of God. The word of God is truth that the Spirit has taught the individual saint. These are holy things and enable us to be strong in the Lord, a conqueror.
Another part of the Armor of God to stay strong in the Lord is the shield of faith which quenches all the fiery darts of the wicked.
Firey darts of the wicked are lies. We learn to put our faith in only the word of God that the Holy Spirit has taught us. This an effective shield for the lies of the wicked.
We gain confidence when we win.
