7 Masonry+ checkerboard design...I saw an album cover from Pat Benatar, and noticed she was holding an eagle/hawk on top of a checkerboard. Knowing that most, if not all, famous people are part of that club, i wondered what the origin of the checkerboard found in freemasonry was? The checkerboard represents the balance between dark and light. A visual representation of this reality. A false reality. Duality.
Each moment we have the choice to "eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil", the duality. Said another way, the choice to use "judgment".
The freemasons are in charge of keeping a 50/50 balance between dark and light, good and evil. They bring order out of chaos by generating both.

Witnessing (Neutral observation) is the way out of the false reality. Very few choose to do so. The narrow path.
Thank you, this makes a lot of sense!
Glad to hear it and you're welcome!
