I could tell you that myself. Anything the government touch go to shit. In California, many doctors would not even accept insurance because of what you just described. they were paying like 20 percent of the service and you have to do your copay. Doctors in California practiced what they called concierge medicine or cash only. I am going to a holistic doctor in TX who also doing that. Why pay insurance when it doesn't do any good.
