I agree with the White Hat theory. It gives normal people a chance to sell off stock in these companies before they crash. The remaining stock would be owned by large investors who would take significant losses when they are broken up and sold in bankruptcy. Trump's EO would come into play by forcing many of the corrupt Cabal to not sell off their stock.
