There is the Island of Brecqou in the UK's Channel Islands. Its privately owned by the Barclay Brothers twins who own the Daily Telegraph (one died not so long ago)

There have been some very famous visitors there, Tony Blair, Peter Mandelson, Elton John, plus a few more nobody has heard of. Landing on the island is not permitted, those who try get seen off very quickly by goons in semi inflatables.
