I happen to know a woman whos little boys pretty badly autistic, who claims he’s completely unvaccinated, she claims she was herself given all childhood shots but her kid wasn’t, obviously how true her claim is i dont know

She could be telling the truth. Autism is believed to be specifically caused by heavy metal poisoning, mercury in particular. He could have gotten that from somewhere other than vaccines.
