There are a variety of Levels of BURN....
Candle Wax....
Match Stick, wood or Paper....
Cigarette....
Brushed a hot wood stove....
Camping fire Open flame....
Propane/Gas Grill....
Welders Arc Burn.... (It's Electric)
Electricians Direct Electric Burn....
and the list Goes on, and on, and then it reaches this level, not the highest NUKED Level, but close....
This is Minor Arc Electrical Fire Burn, and needs immediat Meivac to an electrical Fire Burn Center, for a Complete Body Skin Graft Replacement, as do most Major Burns....
