Its uncommon for it to be that hot in Ukraine and when it is, it only last a couple days and mostly in central ukraine. The design is for the European theater and general cooling requirements are different then here in the Americas.
I agree with everything you said, and I understand that certain items or equipment are designed for very specific uses . Having said that, I think most of us would expect tanks to be robust enough to operate on a hot summer day.
35 is an extremely hot summer day in Europe till you get down to southern Spain and Portugal. Also remember, that 1500hp engine that powers the tank is working much harder powering the mine clearing implements ( which are experimental and were provided by Finland which never see’s 35) It was not built specifically for that initially. The problem is it does not have the cooling capacity for the fluids for that extreme. The Leopard 2 MBT had a lot better hot climate result in Desert Storm and Syria as just a Battle Tank ( not mine clearing)

32-38 degree heat is quite common in Central Europe, even in Germany for at least 1-2 weeks a year.
