Good thing Cannabis isn't very addictive, heh heh. I lived in the Philippines for 3 years and only smelled weed a few times, did not partake... Drug of choice there is Shaboo (Meth), Duterte's war on drugs was a lot more effective than anything the west has tried. People there sniff all kinds of foul chemicals in the larger cities, but alcoholism is rampant ...
