I feel like the word 'anon' is being poisoned, much as QAnon became. At one time, anon was just a generic name/term for anyone using 4chan or 8chan, dating back to the beginning of 4chan, long before Q, and had no meaning beyond that. Now I see the term anon being used outside these places, presumably meaning people that have been awakened, whether they really are or not.
Where did this come from? I've seen a few people here, notably purekiss, pushing this term, and now Elon Musk is using it this way.
We know they like to change language to suit their needs, and I feel like the term 'anon' is being seeded and poisoned to turn normies away from people who question the narrative, especially on the chans, where real discussion and research still happens. Remember, at one time 'Qanon' was used casually in the chan circles until Q team asked for it not to be when the media started to pick it up. They're starting to do the same with 'anon'.
I admit i had a chuckle when elon said "anons"
As an anon, who works to remain anonymous online, i can't see any replies as an anon, just the primary post. To do that i have to sign in, after which i'm no longer anon (or lesser of an anon with another account).
