The "element of truth" is that some Moms for Liberty chapter used a Hitler quote front and center on their on newsletter.

So there WAS a quote, and this link is a retraction-apology. OK, fair enough. I don't know what the original quote was, but a lot of people have quoted Hitler when describing fascism and the Third Reich.
