These oversight committees have limited oversight. Highly classified information they are not able to see. The question is how can they have oversight when they are not allowed to see the information. This is where they took advantage of the system and basically they could commit any and all crimes, they then can classify it to where nobody is able to see it. I would never refer to it as a oversight committee with those limitations.
