With Alito presiding over the 5th circuit, and i believe he solely rules on emergency appeals, i would hope for a quick appeal of that 5th circuit ruling.

Supreme Court is on vacation. Must be nice to get half the year off. Maybe if they actually worked full time our constitution would still be alive.
