Let them ridicule. Strength should be in brushing off their bullshit comments and insults, and laughing in their faces when they do it. Responding to that crap, just like letting others’ useless opinions manipulate how one makes their decisions, is just human weakness based on “feelings”. I firmly believe that this is one instinct that is easily suppressed, if one is strong enough in character. I find agreeing with those who use terms like “sociopath” in an attempt to “gain the upper hand” is quite effective kek
