Sound of Freedom - They are STILL trying to keep this movie from being successful. AMC Theatres, who is associated with Disney, are using cheap tactics to keep people from going in, and/or refunding their money to keep the box office numbers down!

I don't belive they are trying to keep the numbers down, AMC is desperate for a big movie. Individual managers in commie locations may pull some crap, but that's to be expected.
Wish me luck, bought tickets for an AMC showing near me tomorrow at 1145. I'll let you know if there are any issues.
The AMC theater I saw the Sound of Freedom at had the no surround sound. The speakers were working fine for the previews but once the movie started the sound only came from the front of the screen. They’re so stupid. It only made people listen more intently to every word spoken.

Silly. They wouldn’t carry the movie at all if that was the goal.
I dont doubt that Disney is playing interference to limit viewing of this movie. However, we went to a theater in Conway, NH to see the new Indiana Jones movie, the day after it opened. Sound of Freedom WAS NOT playing in this theater. While we were in line waiting for popcorn, the fire alarm went off and everybody had to go outside and squeeze in under the portico to stay out of the rain while the fire dept cleared the building. So the lesson here is that this stuff does happen to other movies. Again we should all expect all manner of manipulation when it comes to sound of freedom.
