I worked in the fine art industry for decades including printing. AI learned from human artists who have a lot of difficulties with hands. Hundreds of artists have asked me to critique artwork prior to paying me to print it. In the case of most of them they did not want me to tell them where the issues were in their artwork, they just wanted a professional to say, "Very Nice Work". Open the image on a large screen with PhotoShop and you will see it better than on a phone.
It doesn't sound like you have much experience with AI, which regularly includes too many limbs and other impossibilities. The mistakes made by currently available AI are very very different than the mistakes made by human artists who struggle with hands. I suggest you try to recreate the image in the same or similar program lol, you'll see.
