This has been talked about endlessly and I have yet to see any sauce. Seems we might have people trying to force some negative thoughts about this man. By all means if u find the sauce please post it. Until then all this does is furthers a narrative that has yet to be proven

it's fake. Ballard has been on Twitter stating i'ts fake. He is against chipping the children.
