2 young kids lived in a house not befitting a dog and with windows boarded up so they cannot escaped. Feces matted to their hair nd they escaped with diapers at 7 and 9 with blood dripping with somewhere (not specified).

Live in boyfriend and mom probably pedos. Shirt on live-in boyfriend depicted two kids sacrificed a child.
