We have two they/thems on our fire department. The one who wants to be a girl has shoulders like big mike, walks like a guy, etc.

His partner they/them is a female who always states her pronouns and tries to be masculine.

And a few of us in senior staff are genuinely frightened that we’ll slip up and say something to offend them and be sued for discrimination.

It’s fucking stupid.
