There has to be a better way. Manufacturing criminals should be no less difficult than tracking down existing criminals. As I have read over and over , “We have everything “ The problem starts mainly by exposing people to deviance on line and in other forms of media. If not for ease of access to and normalization of any and all sexual acts and immunity for some the problem would be much smaller. These arrests are no disincentive to actual traffickers. I would not consider tighter controls on media for the sake of morality censorship.
