No, justice is not evil. I guess the evil I'm thinking of is to have hatred for the people involved and wishing bad things for them. By Jesus' instructions we should be praying for them to repent and that isn't easy to do.

I’ve been working on exactly this for quite awhile now. We’re supposed to be praying for every person to wake up and repent-take Jesus as their personal savior and go forth and be fruitful in saving souls. Saul to Paul. We’re all sinners. Hate the sin, not the sinner.
