The allegations have been folded into Operation Koper, the long-running **Crown Office **probe launched into Covid deaths in Scottish care home. Prosecutors are examining around 5,500 fatalities and Lord Advocate Dorothy Bain KC has said it is "without doubt the single largest investigation of deaths in Scottish history".

The Crown is handling the cover up.
