Stratospheric particle injection is indeed a form of geoengineering. However it is in no way related to what is commonly called chemtrails. Just take a minute to verify how high is the stratosphere compared to the altitude where planes suspected of emitting so called chemtrails operate. Now if chemtrails is a thing is a legit question but stratospheric aerosol injection are a totally different beast altogether.
