Interesting, Bush Jr's White House chef also died from drowning. Dead men tell no tales.

I attended at a private event that my company hosted for our top clients in the fall of 2014. When Obama moved in the White House, he brought in new culinary talent so Walter began speaking at events while serving up some of the former presidents' and their family's favorites. He has some stories but nothing too telling and also wrote a cookbook of the presidents' favorite recipes. He was a very interesting and engaging speaker with amazing culinary talent. Perhaps there was concern about what he may be sharing with the public and making money from sharing his experiences(?)
