You have not demonstrated any cognitive dissonance. It exists only when two equally strong contradictory ideas present themselves to someone who cannot choose which one to believe. That's it. Demonrats are fine with what they believe, because they do not allow in any contradictory thoughts.

I think this refers to the meme - where the person is wearing a MBMC tee shirt while holding up a sign condoning forced vaccination. That would seem to be a contradiction, no?
