What I would like to know is what France pays Niger for the Uranian and if it was turned around would France sell to Niger for the same price?

Why would Niger want to buy uranium? They are not a consumer of uranium. They are not a processor of uranium. They just mine the stuff. And it's not useful or dangerous when mined. It's a super complicated process to enrich the stuff.
