I was pondering: We see businesses and banks default when a certain amount of their assets are lost. That is there is no chance of recovery of investment or physical asset. In essence the institution does not have something tangible to cover its loss.
The amount of money being poured into Ukraine obviously is coming with strings (whether legit banking or other black market means) that guarantee the repayment.
My question is this - at what point are there so many investments in Ukraine that a loss there would deal a crippling blow to deep state financial institutions as they would have no way to cover their loss?
Thoughts?
Default of a country is subjective rather than objective. There are no specific threshold. By any objective measure, however, no Western country would be realistically able to pay off their debts without issuing new debt, so most western countries are already in default.
The entire western financial system is an illusion. Their ability to keep issuing new debt, to keep servicing old debt and forcing other countries to play along with the charade or get destroyed.
The real question is not the asset level loss, but rather a loss of control to get other countries to play along. We are already well through that process with more and more countries decoupling for USD.
The question as to when the Cabal financial system will collapse? Simple answer - at or near the precipice.
