I was trying to find it too and stumbled on a PDF mentioning FBI agent John DeSouza, which lead me to this youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/@JohnDeSouzamedia, which appears to be the same guy, but I don't see this interview in the list of videos... Just a whole bunch of alien shit.
