I'm guessing this is Maisy Biden, born in 2001 to Hunter Biden and Kathleen Buhle.

In 2016 she would have been 15 years old?

Her sister Naomi King Biden Neal looks similar but 7 or 8 years older.

OK I'm thinking this is definitely Maisy.
