How do i join an AA group

Why is this so damn hard. I have no insurance to cover it and everyone i talk to wants to know my insurance.

I just want to talk to people that have a drinking issue.

Wtf. Why are such things so hard?

Trying to clean up my drinking.

Kinda crazy. I had so much difficulty finding help, but once I reached out to the crazy Anon website?

I found that meetings vary based on who is attending. Go a few times, but if you don't seem to mesh with others, find a meeting at different location or time. One thing you will find is like minded people that toy can relate to.
