Hey, don't forget NASA was nazi and Von Braun had them natch Kirk Davies from the Nuremberg Trials. Kirk Davies was an expert on plasma fuels. My understanding is that all of the advanced aerotech from germany made its way down to Argentina. When NASA got into a bind with Apollo mission (rocket fuels) they contacted their Argentine Brothers for their rocket tech.
