I didn't intend for anyone to go there for wrong thinkining. I'm talking about actual criminals. They need to fear incarceration. Fear is what is missing with career criminals. Most don't have jobs or homes to loose, so a cushy jail term for assaulting someone's grandma for her purse or raping your daughter for their deviant sexual desires, is nothing but a vacation from the hood for these scum. Put them in labor camps or on chain gangs cleaning up our country.
