I can remember a William Binney, Retired NSA Director, interview with Sarah Westall where Westall had commented on the trillions stolen and not recoverable and Binney saying: Oh no, it can be recovered ... and Westall saying yes but it would take years and years ... to which Binney replied: 10 men, 30 days.
