#ThePersistence @ScottPresler What I’m about to say to you is meant with love & respect:
I understand how upset voters are w/ the Republican Party leadership. I’ve been reaching out to Chairwoman McDaniel for 110 days w/o a response.
With that being said, I’m here for one reason — to make Joe Biden a one-term president.
Despite the fact that the GOP won’t listen to the grassroots, I’m cognizant that many states have closed primaries. This means that you can’t vote for Trump or DeSantis until you’re registered as a Republican.
If you change your voter registration status to independent, you are actually hurting Trump & DeSantis, as you won’t be able to vote in
AZ, CA, CT, DE, FL, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OR, & PA.
Stay registered as a Republican, so you can vote for your favorite candidate.
You are sort of correct:
ARIZONA:
Primary Election Type
Open to Unaffiliated Voters

However, Presler says
@ScottPresler
This is not true for the presidential primary.
If we don’t get out the word that voters must be registered as a Republican,
many voters will be unable to participate.

...Spreading wrong information will disenfranchise voters [again Presler].
