I think Trump has to win the cases with the judges being biased to the swamp. If the judge were a Trump appointee and he won, the left would say it was because the judge was biased towards Trump.

This way, either he wins against the odds and there can be no argument from the left, or loses because of corruption, pushing us towards the military being the only way.
