The FBI opened an investigation in 2018 based on allegations that someone was posing as a government official on message boards using the name QAnon.

Based on who the FBI spoke to I can bet they did look at Watkins.

Idk why there's so many downvotes. They made a documentary about it and called the case "solved" in the MSM. So the FBi saying they didn't find anyone would be a contradiction to that.
